To take advantage of this policy, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending an email to info@metokraft.com or reporting it via WhatsApp, along with images of the damaged product.

At Metokraft, we prioritize 100% customer satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we have a clear return policy that applies within seven days of receiving the product. This policy covers damaged products, manufacturing defects, and incorrect product shipments. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered, which will be confirmed by our logistics team or courier partners. We charge Rs.100 for shipping for orders valued below Rs.1999.

Shipping is free above Rs.2000

We ship within 24 hours of receiving an order. You should receive your order within 5-7 days of placing it. In case you have placed an order for a made-to-order product or sold-out item, the product shall be shipped to you once it is back in stock.

We are not shipping outside India as of now.
