  • How We Ship and Deliver Your Orders

    At Metokraft, we take care to ensure the safe delivery of all our packages. We use major logistics companies, and create custom packaging for each order, as our products are fragile. The delivery charges include packaging costs, and while the customer pays for a portion of these fees, we cover the rest. The shipping fee is calculated based on the invoice value, with the following rates:

    • Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 1999 - Rs. 100
    • Above Rs. 2000 - Free

    DELIVERY PROCESS

    Orders within Delhi NCR & Moradabad based are delivered within five days of order confirmation by our logistics team.

    For all other orders in India, our logistics partners will handle delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking and partner details via email and text message. Your account order status page will only reflect changes after dispatch. You can also visit the partner websites and enter the AWB number sent to you via email to check the delivery status manually.

    • Shipping Details for Domestic OrdersOrders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery to customers usually takes 8-10 days.

    • In case of any delay in order, we should contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occur due to some technical problem or public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Once the order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
    • Order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing it.
    • If any changes or cancellation is required than please email our customer support team at info@metokraft.com with your requirement along with your order id number.

    Our logistics partners will make three delivery attempts before returning your package to us. To ensure a timely and efficient delivery, please provide us with a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and mobile number. In case your package is returned to us, please notify us immediately at info@metokraft.com or by calling us at +91 8899 88 8811, and we will resend it as soon as possible.

    PAYMENTS

    Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for all eligible pin codes. Not eligible COD orders won't be accepted. We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

    TRACKING

    Once the order has been shipped you would receive an email from our end. After that you can track your order by visiting our courier partner website & track your order with AWB number.
